Event Description

The WJB Dorn VA Medical Center is hosting a “Welcome Home Event” on June 22, 2012 from 11a.m. to 3p.m. at the Palmetto Falls Water Park on Fort Jackson. This free event is offered by the VA Medical Center to reach out to Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Iraqi Freedom, and Operation New Dawn Veterans from all branches of the military who served in OEF-OIF-OND combat theaters after 9/11/2001. We want to say “Thank you” and to show our appreciation for their families who eagerly awaited their return. VA staff will be on hand to provide information and answer questions about the various VA programs and services available to eligible Veterans. Come join us for a day of fun!
