The Sumter County Recreation Department, The Salvation Army Boys and Girls Club will host the Annual Kite Flying Contest at Dillon Park on Saturday, March 2, 2013. Registration starts at 11:00am and the contest begins at 12 Noon. This is a great family event with various contests to enter, many prizes to win and refreshments provided.
