The highly successful, fifth annual BIG NOSH event will celebrate “everything Jewish”, including food, entertainment, and education. The BIG NOSH will be held at Tree of Life Congregation on North Trenholm Road in Columbia on Sunday, May 4 from 11 am to 3 pm.
The Tree of Life BIG NOSH supports Habitat for Humanity, Harvest Hope Food Bank, Cooperative Ministries, the Family Shelter, the Red Cross Blood Drive, and other community programs.
Of course there will be mouth-watering Jewish foods to eat in or take out, ranging from bagels, deli offerings, matzah ball soup (Jewish penicillin), stuffed cabbage, brisket, baked goods, and other highly sought-after delectable delights on which to nosh.
Enjoy local music, find out how to make a challah, and participate in a model Passover Seder. Plus, get a look at Israel, celebrate Jewish holidays and life cycle events, and tour the Temple sanctuary with hands-on activities and discussion groups.
