Fashion Gone to the Dogs
Finding a home for hundreds of homeless pets right here in Columbia ios not always a walk in the park. However, USC Students, kicking off their Fashion Week think a walk on the run-way may do the trick.
Dozens of Pooches strutted their stuff on a grassy runway in hopes of catching the eye of their next owner. Many of them dressed in special made bow-ties, tutu's and floral head gear warmed the hearts of students, staff and residents who came out to see the dogs available for foster care and adoption.
The Humane Society who partnered with SQ Rescue and USC for the event, say all of these dogs deserve a second chance.
" many of these dogs came from situations in which they were mistreated or left to fend for themselves."
