Former KKK Member Comes to Spartanburg
(WOLO) SPARTANBURG,S.C, --
Johnny Lee Clary was a former Klu Klux Klan member who says he learned angered and hatred after growing up in a racist family and joined the KKK Shortly after he says his mother abandoned him and his father died.
After 16 years, Clary says he has turned his life around. Instead of spreading messages of hate, Clary says he spreads words of inspiration across the country of tolerance and love.
He is speaking at the Truth Chapel World Evangelism Fellowship Church Sunday.
