Protestors Expected to Go Before Election Commission
COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) -- It's been dubbed the Election Day debacle. Now some say there needs to be a new election in Richland County to make sure ever vote has been counted and every voice heard.
Several groups are scheduled to appear before the Election Commission Monday Morning to discuss several issues, one of them being the penny sales tax which passed during the November 6th election.
Those in opposition say long lines where some voters had to wait up to 5 and 6 hours to cast their ballot and machines shortages left hundreds of voters disenfranchised.
ABC Columbia News will be at that protest and will have more on air and here online.
