(WOLO) COLUMBIA,S.C., --

Authorities continue searching for a third suspect they say led them on a car chase after an unsuccessful traffic stop. Sheriff's Deputies say just before 7 Sunday night they received a 9-1-1 call from a concerned citizen concerning a burglary.

According to officials, three men were seen breaking into a home in the Greenlakes Subdivision. Deputies say when they spotted a car that matched the given description they attempted to pull the vehicle over - that's when they say the car sped off taking officials from lower Richland County to the Belt Line Boulevard area.

At this hour, police have detained two men in connection with the incident and continue searching for a third with the help of k-9.
