COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — U.S. Rep. James Clyburn is meeting with reporters in his South Carolina district.

Clyburn is holding a media round table Monday at his office in Columbia.

Clyburn typically invites reporters to ask him about any news of the day. On Monday, staffers say the House assistant Democratic leader is planning to talk about the reintroduction of the Voter Empowerment Act and other legislative issues that will come before the 113th Congress.
