South Carolina congressmen spending time at home

COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — Some of South Carolina's representatives in Washington are spending some time talking about business in their home state.

U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham and Congressmen Jim Clyburn, Trey Gowdy, Mick Mulvaney and Tom Rice are taking part in Washington Night on Tuesday at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center.

More than 200 businesspeople from across the state are expected to take part in the conversation on how federal government decisions impact business. Also expected are conversations on health care, free trade and energy.

Earlier Tuesday, Graham is discussing immigration reform with members of the state's evangelical community during a meeting at his Columbia office.
