36-year-old man dies in Orangeburg dirt bike wreck

ORANGEBURG, S.C. (AP) — Authorities say a 36-year-old man has died after he was struck from behind while riding his dirt bike.

Troopers say the victim was driving around a road at the trailer park he lived in off U.S. Highway 21 south of Orangeburg when he was hit by the vehicle.

The coroner's office identified the victim as Travis Morgan. Authorities say he wasn't wearing a helmet and died at the hospital.

Troopers are still investigating the wreck.
