(WOLO) COLUMBIA, S.C., --

The hour long funeral was filled by many of the people little Joshua Brown touched during his short 7 years on this earth. Family, friends, staff members and even several classmates left standing room only in the funeral home where hundreds came to bid a final farewell.

Described as a loving, humble and faith -filled young man, many called him wise beyond his years. Still it didn't do much to ease the pain of many who were unable to hold back tears during the emotional service.

One pastor who spoke during the service said "whether you are 7 or 70 life is just too short. The true test is not how long you have lived, but instead how you lived." By all accounts, from friends of the family , this is one 1st grader who lived life to the fullest and continues to touch the hearts of hundreds even after his death.

Officials tell us the driver involved in the deadly crash has not been charged.
