Bull Street Project's Economic Impact

(WOLO) Columbia, SC-Today, the Greater Columbia Chamber of Commerce held a news conference announcing the results of an economic impact study conducted by Miley & Associates, Inc.
The development of the bull street property will have a tremendous impact on the greater Columbia metropolitan economy. Highlights Economy: More than $1.2 Billion economic activity per year Jobs: More than 11,000 on-going jobs when completed, more than 1,200 construction jobs Labor: More than $581 million in labor income Property Taxes: More than $20 million/year for local government/schools The benefits will be generated from the construction phases, and the permanent on-going phase of the development project.
