Cassatt Man Charged with Fathering 14-Year-Old's Child

CASSATT, S.C. (WOLO) A Cassatt man is behind bard after deputies say a DNA test confirmed Jonathan Sandoval fathered a child with a 14-year-old.

The sheriff's office was called to Kershaw Health Emergency Room back in March.

There, they determined the victim was a minor and had a 10-week-old child.

If convicted, Sandoval could face up to 20 years in prison.
