(WOLO) COLUMBIA, S.C., --

Richland county sheriff's deputies say they''re searching for a man accused of murder in a early morning domestic dispute.

Authorities say they're investigating the murder that took place in the 17 hundred block of Mccords Ferry Road around 4 Saturday morning.

Officials believe the male suspect and female victim were arguing prior to the incident they say turned physical.

Investigators have not released many details surrounding the incident but say the female victim had multiple blunt force trauma to the upper body.

A search for the suspect accused in the crime continues.
