Former Governor Mark Sandford who is running for the South's First District Congressional seat is back in the news again - but not over his campaign.

Sandford and his ex-wife, Jenny are scheduled to appear in court for a no trespassing order the former governor allegedly violated.

Reports claim, former First Lady Jenny Sandford filed a request to bar cameras from the courtroom Thursday when the case is set to be heard before a judge.

The appearance stems from a trespassing complaint Jenny Sandford reportedly filed against her ex-husband after he allegedly entered her home to watch the Superbowl with their son while she was not home.
