(WOLO) -- The national experts don't think the Gamecocks can beat the Gators. On ESPN's College GameDay, David Pollack, Desmond Howard, Kirk Herbstreit and Lee Corso all picked #2 Florida to beat #7 South Carolina today.

Corso donned the Gator mascot head and held a live small white alligator for the dramatic conclusion of the weekly college pregame show that visited Columbia two weeks ago.

The Gamecocks and Gators are set to kick off in Gainesville just after 3:30 p.m. ET.
