COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)-- After a spike in prices, gasoline prices may be on the decline in the midlands.

Drivers are seeing an average of Three Dollars 15 cents a gallon.

Sunday, ABC Columbia News saw prices as low as $3.10 in some areas.
