Gas Prices Spike

By Crysty Vaughan

Columbia, SC ( WOLO)--Gas prices spike nearly ten cents in two days as drivers fill up.

Here in the midlands, we are averaging $3.29 a gallon.

ABC Columbia news found prices as low as $3.19 off Harbison and as high as $3.40 downtown.

Just last week, drivers were paying around $3.09 a gallon.

Experts say the spike can be traced to concerns over crude oil and unrest in Egypt.
