(WOLO) SENECA, S.C. Authorities in Oconee County have charged a teenager in the death of a 21-year-old North Carolina man found near a car with a gunshot wound to the chest.

The Oconee County Sheriff's Office charged 17-year-old Octavis Jamal Robinson of Central with involuntary manslaughter.

Oconee County Coroner Karl Addis said Rashean N. Parker II of Gastonia was found Saturday morning.
