RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO) - Local officials want to keep you informed when it comes to an issue voters will see on the upcoming November ballot.

Richland County Government will host a Transportation Penny Educational session on Wednesday, October 24th from 2pm -4pm.

It will be in the auditorium of the Main Branch of the Richland County Public Library. That's 1431 Assembly Street.

The majority of the meetings that the county has hosted have been at 6pm.

This meeting is an effort by the county to address the needs of those who may be transit dependent.
