Why couldn't this inmate be treated at the infirmary at Kirkland???? Was his condition so critical it required a hospital??? Why didn't the doctor for SCDC facilities treat the inmate??? Not the right time for him/her??? In my opinion treating inmates outside their environment puts the public at risk!!! This case proves that the guard did not maintain control of his weapon...he allowed the inmate access....ridiculous..not paying attention!!
