Suspect Charged with Murder in case of Missing Midlands Mom

Orangeburg, Co., SC (WOLO)-- "On Today at Noon, we have arrested and charged Mr. Kenneth Franklin Cutter with the murder of Mrs. Kimberly Parrish," says Orangeburg county Sheriff Leroy Ravenell.

Orangeburg County Deputies say they belive Kimberly Parrish, was murdered, and what was a search for a missing mother is now a recovery effort as they search for her body.

"Especially those that are farmers, and those that frequent the wooded areas to be critical and help us in the search of the remains of Mrs. Parrish," says Sheriff Ravenell.

Investigators have arrested Kenneth Cutter and charged him with Parrish's murder.

According to authorities Parrish had been a friend of Cutter's for at least four months.

Deputies say they found clothing and DNA near Cutter's home in the Orangeburg County town of North.

Parrish had been missing since December 22nd.

She was last seen at Helping Hands Care Givers on Two Notch Rd.

Sheriff Leroy Ravenell says they hope to bring closure to the family.

"Our investigators and deputies have been working around the clock and we will continue to work around the clock until we locate Mrs. Parrish for the closure of the family and friends of Mrs. Parrish," says Sheriff Ravenell.
