Tire Recall

By Rochelle Dean

Nissan is voluntarily recalling all the spare tires to their 2013 Nissan Altima's. According to the manufacturer, many of the spare tires are either over or under deflated which can create an elevate risk of a crash.

Officials say they have not received any reports of injuries from the faulty spares but are warning drivers of the vehicles to be aware of the potential problem.

The tires in question are ones made between March 21st and March 26th.
Officials say anyone who is operating a car that may be impacted by the recall will be receiving notification from the company in May.

at least it's the spare tire....unlike Ford's tread separations in the past....face it..don't expect perfection and you'll not be disappointed.
