VP Biden Attends Hollings Vigil

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WOLO/AP) -- Vice President Joe Biden attended a vigil in Charleston Tuesday for Peatsy Hollings, the wife of former U.S. Sen. Ernest Hollings.

Hollings died over the weekend from complications due to Alzheimer's disease.

Biden is close friends with the Hollings family.

Earlier in the day, Biden attended a funeral service for former Pennsylvania U.S. Sen. Arlen Specter.
