ORANGEBURG, S.C. (WOLO) - The South Carolina Highway Patrol says it has an idea of the car involved in a hit-and-run near Orangeburg.

A pedestrian was struck Thursday night on US 21 near US 301.

The vehicle of interest is described as a dark-colored, full-size Cadillac.
