Gas Price Spike

By Crysty Vaughan

It's going to cost you more to fill up if you're hitting the road.
Gas prices have risen nearly nine cents over the past week according to, just in time for the holidays and New Year.
Here in the midlands we're paying an average of $3.15 a gallon, a jump from $2.99 over the weekend.
Nationwide, drivers are paying nearly $3.50 a gallon.
