Orangeburg, SC (WOLO)-Deputies in Orangeburg have arrested a 24-year-old mother on child abandonment and food stamp
fraud.
Deputies say Amanda Vosburg left her two-year-old child at a home nearly two weeks ago, where two people were arrested on meth charges.
Investigators say Vosburg was also receiving financial assistance from the department of social services food stamp program, but one of children was actually being cared for by a relative.
