Man arrested in West Columbia shooting death

LEXINGTON, S.C. (AP) — Lexington County sheriff's deputies have arrested a man and charged him in the shooting death of a West Columbia woman last week.

Deputies arrested 20-year-old Tevin Xavier Deloach of Columbia on Tuesday and charged him with murder.

Forty-three-year-old Paula Denise Justice was killed at her home April 10.

Deputies still are looking for 24-year-old John Christopher Hart of Columbia, who also is charged with murder.

Detectives think Justice had arranged to meet with Hart and think Deloach drove Hart to meet her.

It was not clear if Deloach has an attorney.
