(WOLO) MARION, S.C., ---

Authorities say caution lights started blinking and a gate at a railroad crossing in Sellers South Carolina started to come down, but officials say it didn't keep one driver to drive on the the tracks anyway.

Officials who are still investigating the accident say 66 year old Bobbby White ignored all of the signals of an oncoming train and drover around the barrier.

Once on the track, authorities say his car was struck by the oncoming train killing him.

So the man set their twiddling his thumbs for 20 seconds---the time the gates are suppose to down before the trains arrive? Please give the proof of your jury tampering IGNORE comment The junk gates failedas usual---lights came on the last second right in the drivers face because the 1800s designed junk signals have no yellow warning and are actually illegal to use and the train arrived like 2 seconds later.
