Pentagon to Make Groundbreaking Decision

WASHINGTON (AP) - The Pentagon is posed to shift its ban on women serving in combat.

Defense officials say the change would do away with limits that prevent women from serving in thousands of front-line positions.

The new policy is expected to be announced Thursday by Defense Secretary Leon Panetta.
