SC State Pres. Defends Decision Not To Lock Down Campus

SC State University (WOLO)- South Carolina State University's President is defending his decision to not lock down the campus immediately following last week's shooting.
In a video sent to students... Thomas Elzey says police had several witnesses tell them the shooter left campus after killing 20 year old Brandon Robinson Friday.
Elzey says the school was later placed on lockdown to ensure the gunman did not return to campus.
The President also assured students he's confident there's no further threat to the campus
