If you're looking for somewhere to commemorate the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday look no more. A host of events are scheduled throughout the Columbia area.

* Legacy Breakfast hosted by the Columbia Urban League at the Brookland Banquet and Conference Center - 8am

* Annual Prayer Service at Zion Baptist Church 801 Washington Street - 8:30am

* Remembering the Dream Teen Pizza Party and Forum at The Brook Church at Columbia Mall 9am.

* Stop the Violence March and Rally starting at T.S. Martin Park - 10am

* Edgewood Foundation Canned Goods/Clothing Drive 10am.

* King Day Rally at the State House - 10:15am

* Benedict College MLK Commemoration held inside the Antisdel Chapel on the Main Campus. Tuesday Jan. 21st - 11am
