COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) - Traffic is back to normal Monday night at a Columbia intersection near the downtown area.

Earlier in the evening, police say a driver ran a red light and hit a power line.

That meant the lights were out at Main Street and Sunset Boulevard for several hours.
