COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)-- Nearly 500,000 South Carolinians are expected to be on the roads this Memorial Day Weekend, according to Triple A.
But when you fill up at the pump, it won't break the bank.

South Carolina has the lowest gas prices in the nation at $3.24 a gallon.

The national average price of gasoline was $3.65 a gallon today, a penny higher than during last Memorial Day weekend.
