COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) - The American Red Cross says it has set a record thanks to your help.

Over the past two days, it was able to collect 375 pints during the third annual Columbia Lifesavers Blood Drive. That's 55 pints more than was donated last year.

Officials say each pint has the potential to help three people.
So, it's possible more than 1,100 patients' lives could be impacted.

If you weren't able to donate but would still like to, visit redcrossblood.org.
