Authorities Arrest Man after 13-Year Search

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO) - 13 years on the run from the Richland County Sheriff's Department has finally caught up with one man.

Authorities arrested Rudolph Darby in Waco, Texas Tuesday morning for trying to assault an officer and using a false name.

He will be brought back to Richland County, following an extradition hearing.

Here, Darby's accused of breaking into a home, pointing a shotgun at the resident and then leading deputies on a car chase where he supposedly fired on them.
