By Eric Weisfeld

Columbia, SC (WOLO)-State lawmakers are considering a bill to encourage drivers to slow down in highway construction zones.
The measure, nicknamed "Peanut's Law" after a 22-year-old man killed in last August by a driver in Williamsburg County, would make it a crime to endanger a highway worker by speeding or ignoring traffic signs.
