Illegal Gaming Suit

By Rochelle Dean

A south Carolina Lawyer says the a court ruling could soon make businesses who have illegal gambling machines to pay patrons back all of the money they lost.

The suit comes on the heels of Lauren Proctor who claims over a period of 6 years she lost more than 7 hundred thousand dollars playing on the machines. Proctor may not have had luck when she played, but if a court rules in her favor, a Judge could order the business to re-pay her everything she lost.

State officials say a ruling of this magnitude could help discourage businesses from using the illegal gaming systems.

the owners of any establishment that houses an illegal gaming system should SERVE JAIL TIME and have their business license revoked PERMANENTLY. Why half %$@ a law???? either the machines are illegal and should be destroyed OR the law is a JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
