North Charleston Police spokesman Spencer Pryor says Saturday's shooting in the parking lot of the Cycle Gear shop broke out after a fight involving several people.

A store manager says the fight started inside the store and then moved outside.

Police said Sunday they had arrested 43 year old Ronald Reid and charged him with murder.

Barry Stinson a 32 year old is also charged with lynching by a mob.

Police did not provide their home towns and pryer did not respond to a message asking whether they had lawyers.

Both are expected to appear in bond court on Monday.
