If you are one of hundreds of people who are clamoring to get their hands on a job, you're not alone. Nationally, numbers show more people are getting their foot in the door and experts suggest having a resume that stands out can set you apart from the competition.
Here are a few suggestions on how to make your resume the one to beat.
Start with making sure your resume reflects who you are and what you have been able to accomplish at your last place of employment.
Think outside the box by using innovative tools to help back up everything you claim you've been able to help the company achieve in the time you have been with them.
It's also a good idea to limit your resume to between 1 to 2 pages.
Lastly, make sure all of the job qualifications you are listing are things the job you are trying to get are actually needed.
Keep in mind, there are no guaranteed ways to land the perfect job, but having a great resume is a step in the right direction.
