Feedback Wanted to Improve Lives in Richland County

By News Department

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO) - The Richland County Sheriff's Department wants to hear from you.

It's looking for ways to innovate and improve the quality of life for local residents.

Sheriff Leon Lott asks that you join U.N.C.L.E. Tuesday night at 6 for its quarterly meeting. He says the more united the community is, the safer neighborhoods will be.

U.N.C.L.E. stands for United Network of Communities on Law Enforcement. Bill Shuler created the program back in April 2012.

The network of neighborhoods throughout Richland County are focused on keeping an eye on each other and reporting criminal activity.
