COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) -- After legislators in the South Carolina House decided to change their minds and create a tax break for Amazon, we decided to hit the streets and ask you what you thought about this change.

Finally they came to their senses. 1st they agreed originally and we try to teach our children to do what they promise. 2. SC needs the jobs. 3. South Carolinians will still buy from Amazon whether they are here or elsewhere and may or not pay the taxes on their purchase. 4. People who are hired will be paying income and sales tax on food, clothing, shelter,restaurants and all the things the rest of of do. If people who are needing jobs find one so much the better. Amazon jobs will most likely be higher paying than the Main Street Merchants and Walmart and most likely will not be abandoning their building as does Walmart.
