South Carolina women drop to #8 in latest AP poll

The USC women's basketball team dropped one spot to #8 in this weeks AP poll after their second straight loss to #2 Mississippi State last week. Carolina went on to beat Alabama and Florida, however the combined losses to UConn and MSU hold a more significant weight.

Shuttle information released for Gamecock baseball games

For the second straight season, shuttle parking for the University of South Carolina baseball season will be operational at the Key Road Gravel Lot (1105 Key Road) and in Lot B of the Colonial Life Arena parking lot. Shuttles will begin running two hours prior to game time.

Dustin Johnson apparently has an issue with the Shore Course at Monterey Peninsula only when the weather is ugly. Under a gorgeous sky Friday, the world’s No. 1 player shot a 7-under 64 and shared the 36-hole lead with Beau Hossler in the AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am.

Staley starts first Team USA mini camp

Dawn Staley officially welcomed USA Basketball to the Midlands Friday, opening her first training camp as head coach of the National Team at Carolina Coliseum.
