COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) -- A week after missing the cut at the U.S. Senior Open, Columbia's own Eddie Hargett took the title at the City Tournament Saturday.

Hargett was one shot off the lead of Jonathan Mathias heading into the final round. He fired a 5-under-67 Saturday to finish 10-under-par overall and two shots ahead of Jordan Sease. Mathias finished third at 5-under for the tournament.

It is Hargett's first win in his hometown at the City Tournament.
