COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) -- Steve Spurrier decided to put on the reporter cap Saturday during halftime of the Arkansas-South Carolina men's basketball game.

"I came across a certain statistical trivia that I want to ask you guys," said Spurrier. "How many college teams in the BCS conferences, you know the major conferences, how many have won 11 or more the last two years?"

Those four teams are Alabama, Stanford, Oregon and South Carolina. For the reporters that answered it correctly, Spurrier handed out two envelopes with $100 in each one.

Before Spurrier handed out the cash, he commented on new defensive line coach, Deke Adams.

"He's sort of my kind of coach," said Spurrier. "Good family man, wonderful personality, I think our players are going to really enjoy playing for him. We're glad he's with us."
