Baseball Hosts Furman Today

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) -- The Gamecocks' baseball team will be hosting Furman in a mid-week match up today. Both teams come into the game with a 5-1 record. Carolina swept Albany this weekend while the Paladins got two victories on Saturday, one against Michigan State and the other against Cincinnati.

Freshman pitcher Jack Wynkoop is expected to the start for Carolina.

The Paladins are expected to start senior left-handed pitcher Nate Smith.
