Governor Nikki Haley says she wants 4 more years and during a rally in Greenville officially through her name into the race for the November 2014 election again Vincent Sheheen.
Governor Haley was joined by Texas Governor Rick Perry and Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal who say while they are all competitive they often follow the model South Carolina's Governor has put in place. Both Governors touted Governor Haley's successes over the last 2 and half years and said they think she'll be an even better Governor in her second term.
The nearly forty protestors who showed up flashing signs and shouted " put people first" were not as convinced.
Many who say they're unhappy with the Governor's administration and don't want her win another election.
Governor Haley even acknowledged the crowd of protestors saying "I appreciate you being here as well. My husband and his Army Brothers and Sisters are fighting for you to have the right to be here."
