COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) -- After a week of preseason practices, the South Carolina and Clemson football teams took Sunday off.
The Gamecocks took part in their annual fan appreciation day at the Colonial Life Arena in Columbia.
Hundreds of fans showed up to the event and stood in long lines to get Gamecock players to sign their 2013 football posters.
South Carolina defensive end Jadeveon Clowney drew the largest lines.
The Clemson football team took a day off to watch film.
Both teams will continue their preseason camps Monday.
South Carolina is preparing for their season opener with North Carolina at Williams-Brice Stadium on August 28.
Clemson will play UGA on August 31 at Memorial Stadium.
