Possible Break In Case Of Missing Girl

WPDE-TV of Myrtle Beach reported Friday that officers fromMyrtle Beach and Georgetown and Charleston counties say thesepeople know what happened to Brittanee Drexel of Rochester, N.Y. Drexel was 17 when was last seen leaving a Myrtle Beach hotelApril 25, 2009. Georgetown County investigator Chris Bailey told the TV stationa tip he got in December provided the break in the case. Bailey didnot say what that tip was. A telephone message left for himSaturday was not immediately returned. The girl's mother, Dawn Drexel, told The Sun News of MyrtleBeach that police did not give her specifics about new information.
