Emergency Officials Monitor Earl

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) – Hurricane Earl is setting its sights on the East Coast, just as the Labor Day weekend approaches, and the first round of tourists are being asked to evacuate North Carolina’s Outer Banks.

The powerful hurricane is currently on track to reach the North Carolina shore late Thursday or early Friday.

Here in South Carolina State Emergency officials tell ABC Columbia News they are monitoring Earl.
